FAQs
How does delivery work?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and shipped via Aramex (no PO Boxes). Delivery takes 8–11 business days (10–14 for remote areas).
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Delays may occur due to couriers, public holidays, or incorrect addresses. Fullpace is not responsible for courier delays or failed deliveries.
For issues, contact us at fullpace@[youremail].co.za within 5 days of delivery.
How do refunds & returns work?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
To start a return, email us at fullpace@[youremail].co.za before sending anything back. Used or worn items (including worn insoles) cannot be returned unless faulty.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Will these fit my shoes?
FULLPACE™ Court insoles are designed to fit most standard court and sport footwear. If needed, trim along the size guide printed on the insole for a precise fit.
Will they stop my feet from sliding inside the shoe?
The top layer is designed to grip, not slip, keeping your foot locked in position during lateral cuts and pivots.
Are they good for players with plantar fasciitis or knee issues?
They're designed to absorb impact and support the arch, which can help reduce strain on heels, knees, and joints. They are not a medical device and results vary. If you have a diagnosed condition, consult your physio.
How long do they last?
With regular play (2–4x per week), insoles typically last 6–12 months. Results vary based on intensity and shoe type.
Do they work in regular shoes too?
Yes, they're removable and can be used in training shoes, casual footwear, or any other shoe where you want more support.
Do they come in different sizes?
Yes. Our insoles are available in sizes 4–13 to fit most adult feet. Each size is engineered to match foot length and arch positioning for optimal support during padel play.

Are they machine washable?
Not at all. We suggest gently wiping with a soft, damp cloth to keep them fresh. Avoid soaking or machine washing, as this can compromise the materials and construction.
