You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

To start a return, email us at fullpace@[youremail].co.za before sending anything back. Used or worn items (including worn insoles) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Each CourtFresh Pro order includes 6 deodorizing balls. That's enough to treat two pairs of sneakers at the same time, with balls left over for your gym bag or locker.

Place one ball inside each sneaker after your session. You can also drop a ball into your gym bag or locker. No spraying, no powders — just leave the ball in place and let it work overnight. Remove before wearing.

Results can vary depending on usage frequency and storage conditions. We recommend replacing the balls once you notice a reduction in effectiveness.
