You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

To start a return, email us at fullpace@[youremail].co.za before sending anything back. Used or worn items (including worn insoles) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.

FULLPACE™ Court insoles are designed to fit most standard court and sport footwear. If needed, trim along the size guide printed on the insole for a precise fit.

The top layer is designed to grip, not slip, keeping your foot locked in position during lateral cuts and pivots.

With regular play (2–4x per week), insoles typically last 6–12 months. Results vary based on intensity and shoe type.

Yes, they're removable and can be used in training shoes, casual footwear, or any other shoe where you want more support.

Yes. Our insoles are available in sizes 4–13 to fit most adult feet. Each size is engineered to match foot length and arch positioning for optimal support during padel play.

Not at all. We suggest gently wiping with a soft, damp cloth to keep them fresh. Avoid soaking or machine washing, as this can compromise the materials and construction.
