    How does delivery work?

    Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and shipped via Aramex (no PO Boxes). Delivery takes 8–11 business days (10–14 for remote areas).

    You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

    Delays may occur due to couriers, public holidays, or incorrect addresses. Fullpace is not responsible for courier delays or failed deliveries.

    For issues, contact us at fullpace@[youremail].co.za within 5 days of delivery.

    How do refunds & returns work?

    You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

    To start a return, email us at fullpace@[youremail].co.za before sending anything back. Used or worn items (including worn insoles) cannot be returned unless faulty.

    Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.

    Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

    How do I use the Rest Formula?

    Apply generously to your feet, calves, or ankles after training. Massage in until absorbed. Best used before bed — let it work overnight while you sleep.

    How long does one tub last?

    With daily use, one tub lasts approximately 4–6 weeks. Bundling 2–3 tubs ensures you never run out mid-season.

    Is it greasy or sticky?

    Not at all. The formula is lightweight and fast-absorbing — no residue, no greasy sheets, no waiting around.

    Can I use it on areas other than my feet?

    Absolutely. It works great on ankles, calves, and knees — anywhere you carry post-match tension.

    Is it safe for sensitive skin?
